All content is provided for informational purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any content without prior written consent from La Dehesa.
3. Products and Trade Terms
Product descriptions and images displayed on this website are indicative only and subject to change without notice. Commercial terms are agreed separately in writing. La Dehesa reserves the right to decline any order or enquiry at its discretion. Availability is subject to seasonal production and allocation from Spain.
4. Orders and Delivery
Orders are subject to a separate wholesale agreement between La Dehesa and the purchasing party. Delivery terms, minimum order quantities, and lead times will be agreed in writing prior to the first order. La Dehesa is not liable for delays caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to customs clearance, carrier delays, or production issues.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Irish law, La Dehesa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of this website or reliance on information contained herein. Our total liability for any claim arising under these terms shall not exceed the value of the relevant order.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
